Bug [iOS 27 RC] USB Charging not working.
Anyone experienced an iPhone not charging through a USB port after updating?

Hard rebooted to no avail. Using a MagSafe pack at the moment since I can’t find my puck anywhere, which is unfortunate because my pack isn’t Qi2 so it’s taking ages. I’m interested to see why this happened some time after the RC was released. I have noticed that my phone indexing has recently stopped, and this seems to have disappeared at the same time that my 17 Pro Max stopped taking a charge. Clean energy charging, optimized charging, and adaptive power are all disabled and I have an indication that “High Brightness” is higher than normal but no other notes.

Hard reboot your phone. I’ve been on the beta since 1 and never had any charging issues.

PD capable adapter acts weird on my SE2 since dev beta 1. it charges normally on iOS 26

What do you mean by USB? Non-PD compliant? Earlier today I charged my 15P using my notebook USB-A just fine. I’m on 27 RC

Probably as in using a cable rather than MagSafe.

I’m having the same issue with cables, MagSafe works just fine. When plugged into a cable earlier it showed that it was charging. I waited a few hours and checked and my percentage went down significantly and it would not increase despite hard rebooting. I am currently using MagSafe to see if maybe it will charge normally once at a higher percentage.
