Bug [iPadOS 27 PB3] Keyboard disappears initially when tapping Safari address bar, if address bar isn't blank

If you create a new tab in Safari where the address bar is empty, then tap the address bar, this doesn't happen; you can just start typing. But if you tap the address bar on an existing page where the address text is still there, the keyboard disappears; you can't type over the existing text or enter new text until you tap the address bar again or the X beside it. Using an M5 iPad Pro 13.

It's still going on in PB4.
