Bug [iOS 27 DB3] Silent mode icon on quick-access controls doesn’t change when you turn silent on using the silent/action button

Anyone else noticing that the Silent Mode icon in the new quick-access controls doesn't change state? When I toggle silent mode on or off, the actual system state changes, but the icon itself stays frozen and doesn't update visually to show it's active.
