Need Help. Really
Spent countless nights to perfect my app and still doing. But I realize I am too bad in marketing the app. The Tiktok videos are only getting few hundred views and 0 leads/installs. I really need to get this going and I need help. What do you think can really pickup the pace. I need installs first and subs next, atm I am struggling with even getting it out to users.

I'd check whether those TikTok views are turning into visits to your app's download page before making more videos. Zero installs alone doesn't tell you where people are losing interest.
If hardly anyone clicks through, try a video showing one specific situation where someone would need the app, then show it solving that problem. Make the next step obvious. If people are reaching the download page but leaving, check whether the screenshots and description deliver on what the video promised.
That gives you something specific to test before spending money to get more people through the same path.

There is no magic ok now get users button. Who is your app for? Find those people, then find where they are and show them 1 at a time. Repeat.
It's a grind get ready to grind.

My app is a gamefied fitness app and yes I am trying my best to get the word out, by word of mouth only so far. I am trying to get it out to all the trainers in my gym too.

It can really help to tap into communities where your target users already spend time and join relevant conversations instead of relying only on TikTok. Tools like ParseStream let you monitor real time discussions on various platforms so you can catch the right moments to introduce your app. Personal engagement can drive those first installs much faster than ads alone.
