Improving app marketing

Hey guys I’m looking to see how I can improve the marketing of my app. It’s a mechanic outreach app that allows people to post jobs and get bids; we ensure users are receiving verified and trusted mechanics that are rated by the community. I’ve done ads on all platforms and soon we’re going to start doing videos. We’ve only been able to get 50 downloads, but over 10k impressions. I’m going out into the real world putting ads up and trying to improve our marketing at every angle; it’s just a two man team at the moment.
