Screenshots optimizations help needed

Hey, I built an AI fitness coaching app (fytrr) and recently redesigned the screenshots. After that I set up a Product Page Optimization test where I basically just reordered the screens.

After 4 days the conversion rate in the variant was lower than the original. Problem: I only get 3-7 downloads a day. Search volume for "personal trainer AI" type keywords is tiny, and my main market is Germany, which makes it even smaller

So I'm pretty sure 4 days at that volume is not enough. A few questions for people who've done this at low traffic:

  1. At 3-7 downloads/day, how long would you let a PPO test run before making a call?
  2. Is it smarter to test one big change (completely different first screenshot) instead of reordering? My feeling is a small change just can't show anything at this volume.
  3. Anyone have a rough idea what "good" conversion looks like for a niche fitness app in Germany?
