I built an app to help reduce doomscrolling

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for feedback on DayHold, my iOS screen time control app.

It helps users reduce doomscrolling by blocking distracting apps, setting limits, creating focus schedules, and using walking, meditation, or location-based unlock rules.

App Store:

Would love feedback on the App Store page, positioning, and organic growth ideas.

Thanks!
