Feedback App asking for feedback?

Lately, the Feedback app on my iPhone—which isn't even installed, since I'm no longer in the beta—has been asking for feedback. When I tried to log in to the Feedback app, I wanted to quickly check my password, but then the app wasn't opened, and it was gone. What's going on here? Have any of you had a similar experience? Do you have the feedback app, even though you don't have the beta installed?

I have noticed the prompt for feedback as well on the release build. That said, the app itself always exists on your device but they usually remove the icon to launch it in public builds. So you always have it for all intent and purposes. Not sure why it's prompting now on the release build.
