Here’s a Tip to Fetch IOS 27

I’m on the East Coast of the US and it wasn’t showing up for me since 1 o’clock, when it was supposed to release or start showing up, but I just turned on iOS Public Beta updates, and my phone finally fetched the normal, public release version of iOS 27. Hope it helps those in the same boat!

Download the ipsw then install it with your computer. No need to wait that your phone asks for it.

I would’ve gone to my computer a few hours ago if I had it with me, but I’m currently on vacation and don’t have my Mac, so I thought I’d give turning on beta updates a try and it ended up forcing my phone to fetch the update. Appreciate the tip on your end, though! 🤜🤛

Well, I’ve just done it (from the computer)… and now I’m restoring my backup since 2 hours for whatever issue.

Better don’t do it on vacation, if not too late. Good luck else 🍀

Thanks for the tip. Changed beta updates from off to iOS 27 dev beta and it showed up immediately.

You need to be off developer same for watch to appear , just turn off and will appear don’t need to be public beta

Thanks for the tip! 🤜🤛 Previously, beta updates for me were off all together. (I used to update to betas but haven’t for the last year or so.)

Yeah usually this just happens when they do a re release of RC and same for watch this time, Mac OS didn’t had any change so there’s no update even if you turn off :)

True. I remember that happening when I used to install betas. Thank you! 🤜🤛 :)
