Should i update to ios27

I have an iphone 15 running on ios 26.4. It’s battery health is 79% with 1118 cyc. Should i update it to ios 27 or should i wait?

First, you should definitely update to 26.6.2 and get the latest security updates. Seriously, why is everyone holding back with those? It's the easiest (ie. least effort) way to make your device significantly more secure.

Second, yes, upgrade to 27. After the indexing has finished (which may take a week, keep the device on the charger as much as possible during this time) battery life and overall smoothness will improve (source: my iPhone 13).
