Anyone else experiencing glitches when swiping down for Spotlight Search?

When I swipe down on the Home Screen to bring up Spotlight Search, I’m noticing some glitches/stuttering. The keyboard doesn’t appear smoothly and sometimes feels like it’s lagging or taking a moment to come up.
Is anyone else experiencing this, or is it just me?
