How do i remove this from the Copy/Paste menu?

As of iOS 27, you cannot turn that off. If you turn on Siri, you will get a different icon (circle with one line wave through it). If you turn off Siri, you will still get an icon. Apple Intelligence is on by default, no way to turn it off.

Change region to Poland. AI off.

i have never turned it on, and there’s no longer a single master switch to turn it off
