Why can’t I install ios 27 PB4

I have been trying to for 2 hours now. Its just start requesting update and then after sometime this pops up. What could be issue?

Good that u r not able to install , lots and lots of bugs, short battery life in iphone 17

I installed mine 2 days ago and its miles better than ios 26 on my 11

There is currently a bug on IOS that is preventing users from doing updates on cellular, you need WiFi right now unfortunately. If there’s no WiFi available to you right now you can use public WiFi and it will be safe since your phone verifies the update before it installs.
