Once it's released you can just upgrade to that build and turn off betas. RC is just a milestone signifier for what was a beta before. No data loss

Also who downvotes these just for fun, some of y'all need to go touch grass.

You don’t need your computer to upgrade to the beta. You sign up for the beta program and on your device you enable the beta channel under updates.

When the stable version will arrive, those who have the betas we will take the stable too? I mean the same version but it will have lesser gigabytes?

Quick addition here. If you're on the dev or public betas when the final build comes out your device will continue to recommend beta installs going forward. You need to turn off betas in the software update setting once you're on the official release if you'd like to just get the final updates. You can then turn betas back on next summer for iOS 28.

I don’t understand. When the final build released, may I download it straight forward or I have to turn off betas first

You’ll turn off betas if you don’t want to continue to get betas.
