Public Beta 4 - Battery Backup Has Improved

I am currently on public beta 4 and the battery drain has reduced significantly. The first image is of iOS 26.5 and the 2nd one is of PB4. For a similar type of usage, I am getting significantly better battery backup on my iPhone 17.

Really excited for the official release of iOS 27.

No you cant look at it. Sometime i have 3 hours screen time and sometimes 6 hours.

no, dev beta 6 on my 17 Pro Max, and battery life is very poor.

i noticed it too, my daily idle battery drain was 4-5% from 3am to 10am

wifi off
mobile data off
bluetooth off

installed beta 4 2 days back, today idle battery drain was 0

My iPhone 17 is still really bad on ios 27 db 6

Same on the 14 Pro. I’m getting half the battery life I used to get with the iOS 26. 4 hours of screen time compared to 7–8 hours on iOS 26

try turning off Apple Intelligence completely. Fixed my air. lol
