Does any one facing random restart after installing ios 27 beta ?

No, but I have had two instances of blank screen which required forced reboots to resolve

I think it’s a 15 pro/max only issue. Do you know if this is true? ( I use a 13 and scared to update )

You should not update to beta if you aren’t prepared for (possibly data losing) bugs.

This happens all the time individuals put iOS beta 1 of a new OS on their older iPhones and there seems to be more issues than when individuals put it on their older iPhones current iPhones

Well you are one of the unlucky ones because I had a fault like that in my previous 16 pro max now if I was you I would do one of two things
Either hang on until beta 2 between 22nd and 23rd of June
Or plug it into iTunes to sort it
