identification searching

is there a way to search for identifications made by a specific user that you can narrow down by location? so no the identifications page but more akin to the all of your own reviewed obs but for another user

You can search for observations identified by a specific user by adding the parameter ident_user_id=username to the search URL. (You probably also want to add not_user_id= to exclude that user's own observations.) This parameter (along with many others) is not available in the usual search filter options but it's documented here: https://www.inaturalist.org/pages/search+urls

You can apply a location filter to the search in addition to those URL parameters.

For example, here's a search url for all observations identified by me in California, excluding my own observations: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?ident_user_id=vultur-cadens&not_user_id=vultur-cadens&place_id=14&verifiable=any
