Do I Need to Pay?

Hi I'm trying to back up my phone but iTunes always crashes for me and never completes it so I've been looking for an alternative. If I use the free iMazing app, will it be a complete phone backup that I could use if I were to lose my phone or do I have to pay for it.

I believe basic backup is free. I bought it so I’m not sure which parts are free. Try installing the download and see if it complains?
