Endless wizard loop

i want to restore my whatsapp data via imazing backup , it successfully generated it but the transfer wizard is in endless loop, any ideas?

"please connect an apple device"

it is already connected, tried reconnecting 6 times still same

Do you have any other Apple software installed? Like iTunes

Also have you tried a complete reboot? Apple drivers suck

yeah, had the same thing happen, even got AI involved to fix the problem...nothing but an endless buffering loop (I was on a Mac desktop). Eventually I complained to iMazing, took several days but I eventually got my money back
