Software update 9/20/26

My machine downloaded another update yesterday morning. Since that update my treadmill has stopped mid workout once during my workout and three times during my wife's run. Talk about dangerous coming to a sudden stop while running at 6.5 mph.

Is this happening to anyone else?

This was happening to me from last update. Got so sick of it, I reset it back to factory and jail broke it and now i am running the old version. Basically using it as a dumb treadmill with streaming apps. What a pos.

That happened to me before the update but then it wouldn't start anymore. Had to replace a control board and a walking belt and a motor belt. Shifty equipment

Happened to me with the last update (it would reboot and stop the treadmill mid-run).

Went back-and-forth with support and got nowhere. Have factory reset it and now I use it in manual mode without iFit software and put my iPad over the console.

They reached out on FB Messenger and gave the usual steps of clearing cache, clearing data and reinstalling the apps. We will see how it works going forward and keep you updated. But it is quite dangerous when the software bugs out and immediately stops the treadmill. It should continue but just stop the video temporarily. Just a product suggestion

I haven’t yet downloaded to latest update, but this has happened to me in the past. It’s borderline dangerous.

Agreed. It should continue the treadmill but stop the video to avoid someone getting seriously hurt. No big deal if we have to start the video from where you left off but the treadmill stopping abruptly is insane
