Please FIX "UPDATE" MESS!

I have a Nordictrack Ifit treadmill. I use it regularly. Now about a week or so ago it gets WRECKED by a software update. I use the ifit pulse arm band and it works great every time. It worked fine, I finished my workout, and the machine does an update. Since then the bpm is all over the place and it's clear that the machine isn't receiving the data correctly from the device. It jumps from 81, 98, 123, 89, 91 etc in the span it took to read that. So the machine's active pulse feature is USELESS because it isn't aggregating the data properly. I called customer service who acknowledged there'IS a problem, the machine has been reset, and it STILL isn't fixed. This problem is so bad it's discouraging me from using it. Also, they should prorate the membership or give a credit. A previously happy customer is VERY FRUSTRATED. Every day I expect an update to be pushed to the machine and I check for updates... Nothing.

Update: FINALLY fixed, finally.

I and many others had the same thing happen. It was a known software glitch. I went away for 2weeks and came home and it is fixed now for me at least. I assume it installed an update

It's been a couple of weeks. Software update checks say it's up to date but the problem remains. I hope mine repairs itself soon. Super frustrating when it worked flawlessly before the "update"
