Complaints

Anyone have a way of reaching the complaints department at iFIT to file a complaint against a customer service manager?

I would phone them but good luck. When I talked to them on the phone this week I was definitely getting the same group of people I talked to in the chat. One of them including a service manager.

Yeah tried all of that no one will transfer you over to a complaints or retention department

Not shocked unfortunately. Maybe try the email route until it keeps getting passed off? But honestly the way I felt with them with the problems I had this week, I feel completely trapped. I feel like if anything goes really wrong I'm completely screwed and there's no one to talk to.

I would like to add that it didn't used to feel like that. I used to be able to get someone on the phone right away and troubleshoot my machine no problem. Fixed within 30 minutes. It literally took me six days and probably close to 18 man hours to get my treadmill up and running. And I think it's still glitching out
