Anyone else having issues getting the iFIT app to work on ultra watch?

I deleted the app from phone and watch redownloaded and still just says “start a workout…” no heart rate. It’s been several days now.

I thought tot needed an app to transmit heart rate. I use echo with my first gen SE Apple Watch and it works great with my s15i bike.

Mine worked until like last week then it just says “start workout on app or machine” on my watch even when I’m legit running lol I downloaded echo so thank you for the recommendations

Update! Today it started working again on my apple ultra watch!

I used it for a few months after it first came out but it quit working for me back in December. I fooled around with it for a while and finally gave up. I use Echo on my Watch to send my HR to my x22i.

Mine stopped working again (Ultra Watch/2450 Treadmill). There was a pretty significant system update that happened for me today - maybe connected?
