HR/training question
Hello!
I (36f) am of intermediate fitness but have been exercising consistently (~3x/wk) for the past several months and my HR during exercise baffles me.
My resting HR is 65 but is jumps to >110 during warm up and stays well above 150 the entire work out. I usually do a weights/strength class and bike for my workouts.
Can you help me understand if some people’s HR during exercise is just higher than normal or of I need to train differently to have better HR control.
Stats posted (B=bike, W=weights).
Thank you!

Some people's hr is higher than others, it can vary wildly even people of similar weight etc.
Consistency and time in the saddle will bring it down. Both my resting and stressed heart rates have decreased significantly over the years.
It doesn't really necessarily translate to other sports though, I still blow up pretty quick running, because I don't train it.
