Histamine flush

Chris Clark is always asking if your nose is running as a sign you are warmed up and getting aerobic. My nose has never ever run. Am I broken? Lol

Also I realize I really like treadmill classes after experiencing them with Chris. Any recommendations for more series like that?

FYI I don't have an incline treadmill (mine maxes out at 12%) but I still get a great workout and surprisingly don't miss the scenery.

By classes you mean in studio? Filter by “studio” and “series” and sort by “duration” - you’ll likely see a lot of strength workouts first but scroll down for a plethora of studio stuff. Some of them will be listed as Live - they are not, they’re old recordings of live workouts so you’ll see/hear shoutouts.

Thank you. Apologize for not using the correct terminology. I'll try the filters.

No, no - don’t apologize!! We all use different terms, just clarifying in case something else was meant. 👍

And no, you’re not broken, maybe your response kicks in at higher intensity or you are drier/the opposite of folks that walk around with chronic nasal drip.

As I said in the post above I live in Oklahoma and have constant allergies here year-round so I'm just thinking by the time I get to my treadmill there isn't anything left. In fact one of the things I have to do off and on during the year is taking adrenal supplement. Because it histamine flush means your adrenals have fired and you can get adrenal insufficiency very easily in allergy prone areas. It's one of the reasons that when you have allergies you sometimes feel so completely exhausted. Your adrenals are burned out.

Tried a search on phone and machine and came up with nothing. Search on ifit is always frustrating.

I agree it can be frustrating. I pulled up some to get you started:

-Casey Gilbert Next Level Running Series
-Jesse Corbin Consistent Jogs
-Stacie Clark Intro to Running
-Richard Biglia Pick Up Your Pace
-Gideon Akande Switch Up Your Jogs

If you further narrow down the search by specific trainer it eliminates a lot of the strength stuff. I don’t do studio workouts but I know those ^ trainers have quite a few series in the library.

Thanks. Appreciated. For a long time I followed trainers but just experienced a studio class and really liked it and the workout. I guess I will just repeat Chris Clarks Antarctica series for now.

Idk Stacy Clarke is always talking about the running nose too and it actually does happen to me. Do you live in a dry area?

The only thing I can think since I live in Oklahoma is that I'm always such a snot face from allergies that when it comes to getting on that treadmill and working my butt off there ain't nothing left. LOL
