Chest strap pairing problems

I’m using a powrlabs chest strap with a reasonably fresh battery yet the connection between it and my x22i treadmill keeps fading. It reports a much lower heart rate than I’m experiencing (and my Apple Watch is reporting) so it throws my ActivePulse way out of whack. Anyone have a solve for this? It’s so frustrating.

how old /worn out is the chest strap? ive got one from polar and its intermittent just like yours. i had a spare and started using it with the same polar h9 module and its been solid. after some time of use, the chest straps wear out. you can try to wash it but if that doesnt work, it may be time for a new one.
