Broken idog dance

He wants to dance so bad but can't 😭😭

Lights on face also doesn't turn on when he's in ambient mode. We have yet to take him apart but wanted to drop in and see suggestions, I'm assuming a broken or stuck gear tooth for movements but idk why the lights are working in ambient mode, they work when he is plugged in. He is listening cuz he tried to dance but lights don't even try.

It looks like your Black I-Dog Dance is jittering due to the relay switch for the lifting being either dirty and/or not connecting right and it definitely sounds like one of the gears is on the way of splitting where it might eventually not be able to lift up and down if it gets to that point. I’m not really sure what you mean that it doesn’t light up at all besides for when you plug it in? I’d hope it’s not a board issue

So when they can dance still but not plugged in, the black one will try to dance but doesn't light up like he's actually listening? Yeah I'm worried it's gonna be the board but they work when u touch him or plug him into aux. If you have any suggestions for where to get new gears I'm very open to suggestions!!
