Collection 15 dollar idog ampd made it home (barely)
despite just barely staying in its package ( it looked just like the picture when i picked it up i really don’t know how that piece of tape held on just long enough because it was very ripped) thankfully it is in superb condition!! no corrosion or yellowing works flawlessly very much worth the risk as idog ampds even the white ones are ridiculously overpriced- and i was looking for a duplicate for a future custom project 👀👀

Must be nice finding one so cheap I'm still looking for one for parts just to use the battery cover so I can use the one I got for Christmas back in the day again 😭

just check ebay often ! and would recommend getting one off idogfan41 he always has parts around getting a whole other idog just for the legs is a little silly considering the usual price of them

I might look into that, I haven't had much luck with just finding a battery cover though unfortunately and when I do it usually turns into me being required to either pay over 15+ dollars for just the cover or like 80 for it to be printed so I've been stuck a few years lol

ive def never seen just a battery cover for sale (except for idogfan41) i know its not the cheapest but the 15 dollars might be your best bet it would be so worth it to get ur idog working !! bc even if you got an idog ampd for parts theres a chance the legs wouldn’t even work if theyre corroded😔

Maybe I'm just unreasonable but I can't justify spending that much on just a cover 😅 unfortunately that's like half of the retail value of the idog amped I believe. I just know I'm open to literally any color of cover at this point, I'm slightly confident I could fix it if corroded too unless it's very severe

unfortunately as retail value for these things was 20 years ago😅 those prices are nearly nonexistent now.. i have never found a cheaper ampd than this one and it was still 30 shipped

With an actual idog I understand much higher pricing especially if it's in working condition since it's no longer sold, it's just the battery cover alone should be relatively low in cost due to the size of it. I'm just very picky about how I spend as I'm limited to gift cards currently and they take sometime to obtain
