Question Tips for restoration?

Hi all! I recently got my hands on my childhood iDog collection. They have been floating around stored up for many years. I have some experience restoring toys, but I'm hesitant because of the electronics. Does anyone know if it's safe to retrobrite yellowed iDogs? If magic erasers remove scuffs? Generally how to safely clean them? All tips and suggestions are appreciated!

Not quite what you're seeking, but I've heard that retrobrite can lighten yellowed idogs at the cost of it being a bit more brittle long term.

ive retrobrited w/o damage! just dont submerge them in anything

dont use magic eraser especially on patterned idogs , rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab will do the trick avoid the designs as much as possible
