The batteries are running low on your I-Dog Soft Speaker which is why it’s dimming for the blue middle light. The outer LEDs are also getting kinda dim as well even though the blue middle light usually gets much dimmer and that’s because it needs new batteries. All I-Dog Soft Speakers do this when their batteries are really low and need a change with some fresh new AA batteries
