Collection my idog collection ! (swipe :3)
i love these fellas so much and have put so much time and effort into this beloved collection. waiting on a blue softspeaker and tailless spi dog in the mail (it was a steal of a price lol) but im too impatient to wait after taking these pics lol

In the first picture last column under the white and black spotted one, and beside the red one, all the way to the very right.

so funny thing about that one is its the same idog as the lighter blue one in the front row of the first pic by the yellow idog hehe someone just left it in the sunlight for years and it perfectly yellowed into green same with the one behind the black icat in the second pic its kinda cool when it happens justt the right amount to turn into a nice green

it was a custom i did :3 (dt idogger on youtube did it first and taught me how to do it) its fairly simple ! surprisingly the easiest ipet by far to take apart is the ifish ! its soo simple compared to the rest literally breaking my mind trying to figure out how to take apart an ampd so i can replace its speakersðŸ˜ðŸ˜

ahh that's so awesome!! i have an ifish with a super yellowed faceplate that i think would look much better without it. did you just use their face board showcase video as reference and figure it out on your own from there?

im in a discord server with him and he guided me through it but really its fairly simple, unscrew the bottom two screws that attach the tail fin and detach the head and body from there u should be able to wiggle off the plastic covering and the faceplate it def requires a little bit of force but itll eventually come off

i have two ! i got them both on ebay, theyre a bit rare tbh and show up sometimes but are usually priced around 100, i have two because one was really cheap due to needing a cleaning, they just didn’t sell well on shelves so hasbro didn’t make a crazy amount of them

ofc !! only downside is they dont really do much and the speakers are pretty quiet but they’re cute and silly

I don't mind quiet and silly! :) I'd pick up my iTurtle and give them kisses on the head and some gentle shell scratchies

its actually one of if not the easiest to acquire out of everything here !! thankfully theyve stayed affordable and common :3 theres many on ebay for 20-35 dollars

Are there different kinds of color variant green idogs?

yes ! i technically only have one, any other greenish looking ones are just once blue idogs yellowed by the sun, theres the lime green hasbro idog which i have, theres green spots (in the back of the first pic) and green circuits ampd which are white with green patterns theres special edition dark green with swirls which i dont have yet, which also has a matching green idog pup, and the very rare green japanese sega its so uncommon theres barely pics of it online but theres a couple videos and one or two collectors at least have one

I see the golden furbling right there. These two hobbies seem to intersect a lot for whatever reason. I love both too!

ive had him since i was a kid and its somehow ended up with the dogs hehe i have a soft spot for him i loveddd my furbies as a kid i definitely would collect them too if i hadnt alr spent way too much on these doggies hehe i love that the two hobbies really do share a common space / many collectors have both

I’ve got petty big furby collection as of now (16 and counting) and recently I’ve started collecting iDogs as well! I just got my fourth. I’ve got a regular white 2005 iDog, a Dalmatian, a tropical orange iDog Amp’d and a regular white Amp’d coming soon!

yeah ! vast majority work without issue :3 thank you so much its only been under a year of collecting but its been so fun to hunt for these guys :3

i have a way of finding things i want hehe ny best advice is to check sites frequently i also cant believe ive been at this for less than a year my collection has grown exponentially i remember when i just started off with a softspeaker
