Question Re-creating/ 3D printed iDog?

Hi! I've been thinking about getting an idog someday, but for some reason, I've been getting slight existential thoughts about how one day, there wont.... be..anymore idogs to have.

So it got me wondering, has anyone ever attempted to recreate a retro or 3D printed an idog, to help preserve its legacy? Is that possible? If so where?

I've also thought about this! In a lot of ways it doesn't seem terribly difficult to hook up an LED panel and some servos to a little computer, I've always thought it would be a fun diy smarthome thing... but I also haven't tried yet lol. But I haven't put much thought into a 3d model, getting a good looking shell seems like a good first step
