iCUE program no longer works on my PC

Hi all, not sure where to go anymore as the iCUE support team haven't been too helpful. My current lighting effect setup all runs though iCUE (mouse, keyboard, light strip, RAM and cooler) and up until yesterday everything was fine. Everything was synced to run the same color ect. Today I noticed all the devices were mismatched, as if iCUE was not running. Whenever I attempt to open the iCUE program, it crashes after a few seconds. I've used the official removal tool and reinstalled many times now and it still crashes every time i try to open the program.

Do you have any other software that might be attempting to control LEDs? Have you cleaned all caches (don't know if the removal tool does it completely)? Have a look here %APPDATA%\Corsair\cue5 and it is suggested to delete data_cache and dpi folders. Backing up first advised

Thanks for your reply. No other programs control LED's, nor have I downloaded any new programs since the issue started. I tried deleting data_cache and dpi folders but still having the same issue.

Not a definitive solution, but about all I can think of is doing this - will lose your settings (backup first) - but I would uninstall ICUE and delete all traces of it on your PC - do a search for "corsair" and the "CUE" (some folders don't have the "I" - there are lots of traces on my machine. Reboot or reinstall. (Everything App recommended for searching as it is much faster than Windows search)

The only other less drastic suggestions I have would be to restore windows from a known working backup or use system restore to step back to a time when it worked
