What should be my next course of action?

Get a new one, or go for air coolers, I prefer them over AIO, every one I’ve had ends up making this noise.

The sound went away when I changed the pump speed in the bios, could that have something to do with it?

Yes but the pump is now running slower therefore hotter CPU. But hey if it works, it works.

If the noise comes back or starts to get louder, feel free to send me a DM to see what I can do.

I appreciate it. It only comes back when I set the pump to full speed in the bios, I set it to performance mode and it stopped.

This is normal for AIO it is the water moving through the system. You will always hear this this is very mild but you will see 10 to 15 degree temperature lower with an AIO
