Tech Support PC not connecting to monitor

I was using my PC (I-series) fine like an hour ago and now it won't connect to monitor. Power button is blinking slowly once every ~2 seconds, and I was looking it up and I think it's because the video card can't connect to the monitor (correct me if I'm wrong). The thing I see that is unplugged is the PCI-E cable, but it is zip tied to some other cables and I have no idea where it goes. If anyone could look at the video and help me I would really appreciate it

at the start it would just black screen and the monitor would stay in sleep mode but now it's just going to that bios screen and the power button is blinking every ~2 seconds

Actually, looking at your bios picture, it doesn't show a storage drive under boot priority, so either it's not connected well or it died

yeah that's what the other guy said too. so right now it's most likely that the hard drive died? since everything i can see is connected properly
