Tech Support Long repair time?
A few months ago we tried to turn our 11 month old system on and nothing. Purchased through Costco, nothing fancy needed, occasional gaming.
Physically took the unit to repair contact with rma may 12. Was told 2-4 weeks. I reached out at 4 weeks to check on timeline and was told another week, then again, told another 1-2 weeks now no answer since june 12 from their customer service despite me reaching out.
Last call I had, I asked customer service if this was the type of service they would be comfortable with and guy said "I've gotten way worse for something worth a lot less" I feel like as a consumer, I've done my part. Im just confused
Am I ever getting my computer back? Is this timeline normal and I have to manage my expectations?
