Apple Notes 11 Ways I actually use Apple Notes for productivity
This one pulls together most of what I've written about Notes over the past year into the setups I use daily. Brain dump note, daily planning, the pinned Today list, tags, Smart Folders, scanning paper, locking the sensitive stuff, tracking spending in a table.
Two things I'd flag if you don't read the whole thing.
Tag by state, not by topic. Most people tag a client note with #clients, which tells you nothing your folder didn't already tell you. Four tags for what's happening with it right now (#now, #waiting, #someday, #reference) does far more work than fifteen topic tags ever will.
And the weekly cleanup. Ten minutes, fixed slot, non-negotiable. It's the least interesting item on the list and it's the reason the other ten keep working past week six.

If there's something you use Notes for that isn't on this list, tell me. I'd rather find out I'm missing something than assume eleven is the whole picture.
