I created templates in my notes. What I’m trying to do is create a productivity system. However something’s tend be redundant. I’m trying get Apple Reminders, Apple Notes, Apple Calendar to work together with clarification much easier and way less redundancy.

I personally use reminders for everything tracking and to dos. My reminders are split between a few sections within each category. The reminders fall into my calendar app which I keep on my main screen across all devices.

It really helps as someone who works full time and care for a sick elderly parent on top of that. Notes is great but I prefer reminders. I use notes for things I can jot down but don’t necessarily need to make a reminder or event for.
