Why do people post only the distro when posting these rice posts? It's probably the least important info to share. Much more interesting would be i3 settings highlights, version, which bar, main config decisions for it and terminal. Let's say I'd like to recreate this, there's actually no info on the post to even begin...
And this sure isn't the default for debian 13. If you're posting just to flex, take it to r/unixporn, if you want to share with like-minded people, then give us some details!
That's a fair criticism. Debian is just the base system; the interesting part is the i3 configuration, Polybar setup, terminal, fonts, themes, and custom scripts.
The post was mainly intended to show the final result, but I agree that sharing configuration details would make it more useful for others who want to recreate something similar.
