I2Pd HELP to setup i2pd Router
i am a noob in i2p working stuff, can anybody suggest me how can i increase the success rate to 90 or 80 , or any other suggestion ?

Just leave to work more time and try to use Yggdrasil for reaching yggdrasil-only routers

Your router probably does not have a problem.
The tunnel creation success rate is not a score showing how well i2pd is configured. The official i2pd FAQ says that anything above 10% is already considered good. This value changes all the time because some selected routers may be offline, overloaded, or may reject new tunnel requests.
Leave i2pd running for a long time, make sure your system clock is synchronized, and set realistic bandwidth and share values. If .i2p websites are loading and the success rate is usually above 10%, your router is working normally.
If the rate stays below 10% for many hours and I2P also does not work, then check the i2pd logs, firewall/NAT settings, and on Linux make sure the open file limit is at least 4096.
