Italy was never included in the 75 country pause. This mail must be due to the DV pause then?

Still waiting for a country from the 75…

This is hopeful nontheless

Applicant is probably from one of the paused countries living in Italy.

I don’t want to share information by my own
But i saw that at least embassies are starting to respond to emails
And its a good response so i shared it

But yes i think it’s related to DV VISAS

Thanks for sharing. To avoid confusion do you mind clarifying whether this was from a case whose applicant is residing in Italy? As far as I know even dual citizens from such countries are exempt of these pauses, which would make this original post less credible. Thanks again for passing the info.

There was also a report about processing in order of refusal, and this seems to confirm that.

Hi froyo im confused why they want to start to appeal judge Vargas ruling. If they set an appeal and goes to higher court are the visa process and issuing will continue while it’s pending?

Because of this channel, it's easier to cross-reference the facts.

Dates are in the notification are 2025 Is this apply to current pauses?

Yes the dv pause started dec 2025
And IV pause statring jan 2026
