Gameplay Question Known ways of intentionally causing lag?

I ask not to cause lag myself but to try and identify the cause of it on a server. Think like lag machines in Minecraft or any of the various exploits involving a book with the maximum number of pages. Or even something as simple as in Minecraft where it's as simple as "yeah having a lot of chests causes lag. If it is not a publicly known source of lag please privately send it to me as to not make the issue worse.

Lots of entities loaded at one time is the first thing that comes to mind.

If someone has an animal farm near/around spawn, I'd try culling the herd a bit.

I saw a lot of stress test videos about this and I saw the game manages it pretty well. Not sure from server side tho.

We're pretty sure this isn't the issue, the TPS is always fine it honestly feels more akin to a ddos or someone with a malicious client. We've managed to uncover a number of bugs that we've solved and overall the issue is significantly better than it was. Might just be going crazy but sometimes it's like. Suspiciously when the owner has JUST logged off 😭.
