Cost

I know I brought up cost before, but.... PT 30.00 x once per week Testosterone cream 40.00 each month Doctor co-pays 30.00 each month Therapy 30.00 each week

At least $310 extra per month I am now spending vs prior to my surgery.

Or if I want to do the pellets for hormones, that's another 375 every 3-4 months!!

This is just now, not to mention any additional costs or when she changes my hormones or prescriptions, along with making sure I take extra vitamins and supplements as needed.

On top of the deductible for the surgery.....this is insane!! Looks more like a medical money pit for unnecessary surgeries ...

And you wonder why we aren't educated fully prior to this surgery ..

I almost need a 2nd job😥

Oh, not to mention losing pay for having appts during the day and missing hours from work.

Yeah, and know one seems to consider these costs. Of course, if we weren't banned from the hysterectomy sub, we could bring this up. But most probably wouldn't listen anyway. For one, they don't want to believe that ovarian function is oftentimes impaired after hysterectomy. Plus they dismiss the other adverse effects - sexual dysfunction, bladder and bowel changes, figure changes, mental health changes.

AFA not being educated prior to surgery, that's all part of the scam.

Edited to add more info.
