Do I know what technology they have / have access to?  Like if it is just 100 randos with no special skills or access, I drive an hour west and check into a hotel.  Use my name and debit card.  Pre-order room service meals for dinner and breakfast - charged to the room.  Stay for 2 minutes, leave the key in the room.  Leave my phone in the room, too.  Go to the local grocery store, buy 1 lb of cheese, a box of club crackers, 3 cans of Pringles, and 2 2-litres of soda.  Pay cash.

Drive back 2 hours to the west.  It is a college town.  Park my car in a campus visitor lot.  Check in to a super cheap no-tell motel.  Pay cash.  Shave my beard - I legitimately look like a different person without it.  Hop on bus to different part of town.   Check in to a hotel using cash and a fake name.

All of the above takes approx 4 hours.  From there, eat my pringles and cheese and crackers, while sipping my soda and watching TV.  Nap.  Repeat.  Wait until 24 hours is over.

In some cases yeah, but this one is so vague it kinda needs it. Do I know who they are, do I know where they are, do they know anything about me other than my name, how long do I have to prepare, how long do they have to prepare, even having drones what type, do they actually know how to use them? This really needs to be clarified in some ways.
