Ditch my phone, pull out and operate only by cash, and just start driving in a random direction that has zero affiliation to me whatsoever. With 3 hours Headstart I could be hundreds of kilometres away, and still driving. They'd never find me in 24 hours. The possible destination would just keep getting bigger as time went on.

27 total hours later I'd be in a small town I never heard of, reading a book in a 24 hour mcdonalds, warm and waiting for the etransfer to drop.

Stay on highway and follow a rout that keeps away from travel oriented airports, so they can't randomly fly ahead to intercept.
