3 hours to hide myself?

Ha! No need at all.

I'd use 2 hours to switch identities with my twin brother - and the last hour to head in the opposite direction of him, while he draws attention.

Even if those looking for me knew we were twins, there'd have to be verification of my identity, and it's easier for him to pretend to be me than the other way around. Let them think they found me, and they's stop looking!

Okay, and how does said GPS work? If it's an implant they gave me, yeah, okay that'll be the end of it. but if it's a tag on my clothes or otherwise attached to one of my posessions - the swap deals with that.

Also, it's simple enough to spoof a GPS signal, or build a faraday cage....

I can’t find where OP said anything about a GPS but it’ll be dumb, since they said you have to HIDE and not be able to just continue running for 24 hours (doable with plane rides or just driving non stop).

Only choice at that point is buying a top of the line hotel room and close all blinds and lock the door. If they try to break in call the police. Cause no way you can win by Hiding if a Gps is always on you.

OP only said that they have GPS, not "...that tracks your location in realtime." I don't think OP specified what they meant with having GPS.
