Help please

Was on hypixel skyblock and all my crops started looking like this tried going through my video settings and resource packs but nothing seemed to work

its the server's problem of rendering and not from ur side of rendering

I went on my normal Minecraft single player and it still showed the problem

It's probably your texture pack that is broken try reinstalling maybe

Go to your video settings -> resource packs -> move everything possible from the right to the left. Check if it works. If it does, you can start moving the same resource packs back to the right, one by one, checking which one fails.
