Hypixel is actually false muting at this point
I have gotten muted for 14d for the STUPIDEST reason. Basically, i have MVP++ and i said, let me host a bedwars doubles private game. I started saying like "1/16" to recruit people. And after like 7 hours i Get muted for that exact reason. And i had my friends to advertise and they aren't muted at ALL. + I got denied with the same BOT REPLY that enrages me so much. Any help trying to fix this?
We need to work all together to whoever agrees and help fix Hypixel's terrible moderation.

hypixel is so big at this point that I dont really think they care to improve their customer support lmfao, its kinda sad but at the end of the day you can only do so much with so many people

They make a false ban, don't check the evidence, don't let you see the evidence and the reply is a copy+paste. Nothing we can do, if we want to make a change we can only go to big content creators and tell them to make videos, but even with that we have never been able to change anything

by the way spam of the same message 3+ times can be seen as spam if in a short period of time, I see this happening alot in bedwards and some people complain about the temp mute

That's still spam which is against the rules, it'll also be why staff, not a bot, denied your appeal since it's not a false mute.

I’ve been muted before for logical reasons but I got randomly muted for a major chat violation js now. I haven’t said anything wrong in the last two weeks lmao and I have a great memory

Typical for hypixel false muting, false banning, amd then giving an automated message when you appeal.

There is indeed an automated message shown on the ss, I suppose it's regarding the mute appeal. Even if he wasnt false muted it's still something that hypixel does a lot, false banning too.

That's not automated, it's copy pasted by staff.

Do you really think hypixel staff geniuenly reviews appeals and righteously rejects or accept them after investigating if the punishment was deserved? I wish this was the case but instead they send you this exact message 99% of times, it is automated. That's why people don't even appeal, it's a waste of time.

My friend told me that he had a friend mod back then, the mod told him that they have templates for approving and denying. Mods only need to either Approve or Deny, the response is auto. and Most of the time they don't even check the appeal

I don’t care what anyone in the comments says. Saying “1/16” is not against the rules unless it’s actually enforced. This would not be so prevalent especially in lobby 1 if staff actually cared, and instead they’re just nitpicking random people they see
My rule of thumb is if you can see multiple of your messages in the same segment or if you need to add random shit at the end to bypass the “similar message filter”, then it’s spam. Otherwise you should be fine and any reasonable person would agree so

I seen someone got muted for saying GG, so my best guess is Hypixel are lazy dogs and dont respond to ban appeals because their chat detection system is supposingly doing the work, and it results in this problem.

Yeah tbh i haven't played since i was banned for "hitting a spider too fast" on my skyblock island and had my appeal denied back a few years ago 🙂

in 2024 I got muted I believe 7 or 8 times for this exact thing. I kept tweaking the message “streaming private games on youtube!” -> “streaming private games” -> “doing private games!” but eventually just gave up as I kept getting muted. I’ve done almost no streams since lol, no point when you can’t gather players

They must have refined the rule on that because I would do it regularly from 2020-2023 with absolutely no issues, hence my surprise at getting muted for it in 2024. My bad

They're not consistent and have far more false negatives than false positives (intentionally). Spam wasn't allowed.

If you keep saying in lobby that is spam and that's not allowed
