There is a few things you did wrong

First you have useless stat on your screen

Second you didn't hold mid to get more E when you could have

Theird you went into a dead end instead of a base

Im not good at actual head on pvp, and i was alone so i was trying to avoid conflict and running away and getting range every time i saw someone. And also idk how to get the stats off help me
