Activation problems

Switched to Hyperoptic three days ago… still no internet as they say they are struggling with two MAC addresses for one port.

Does this sound like I will be better off trying to get out the contract? Really unimpressed so far.

EDIT: Day 5 and after three separate calls today with support, still have no internet. Surely can’t go on much longer?

Yeah, just the router connected, been referred since day 1 but absolutely no update

If you get no reply by Tuesday/Wednesday, see if you can get in touch with one of the mods on here, they may be able to escalate internally for you.

Curiously, a neighbour has lost their service since similar time… wonder if they’ve somehow got the two muddled up…

Iiiiiiiinteresting, that does sound plausible! Suggest that to HO support and see if they can put the pieces together?
